    By accessing our website or using our property maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

    2. Services

    coreMaint provides property maintenance services including but not limited to:

    • General repairs and maintenance
    • Minor plumbing and electrical work
    • Painting and decorating
    • Small refurbishments
    • Shortlet property maintenance

    3. Quotes and Pricing

    All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the work. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. For larger projects, a deposit may be required. Full payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the agreed work.

    5. Insurance and Liability

    coreMaint maintains full public liability insurance. We take responsibility for any damage caused by our work, subject to the terms of our insurance policy. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

    6. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a call-out fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

    7. Warranty

    We stand behind our work. Any defects arising from our workmanship will be rectified free of charge within a reasonable timeframe, typically 30 days from completion.
