Built on reliability, delivered with excellence. We're the property maintenance partner you can trust.
coreMaint was founded in 2019 with a simple mission: to provide property owners with maintenance services they can genuinely rely on. After years of working in the industry, our founder James Mitchell saw too many property owners frustrated by unreliable contractors, unclear pricing, and poor workmanship.
We set out to be different. We built our business on three pillars: showing up when we say we will, doing the job right the first time, and being honest about costs from the start.
Today, we're proud to serve hundreds of property owners, shortlet hosts, and local councils across London—from Greenwich to Chelsea, Kensington to Mayfair. Our values remain the same: quality, reliability, integrity.
We show up when we say we will and complete work on time.
Every job is completed to the highest standard, no shortcuts.
Honest pricing, transparent communication, no hidden surprises.
Your satisfaction is our priority from first call to final inspection.

Customer Service
Krista is your first point of contact, making sure every enquiry, quote and booking is handled promptly, clearly and with care.
We hold public liability insurance and only engage trade professionals whose qualifications and insurance we verify. Documentation available on request.
Every professional we work with goes through a rigorous vetting process before they set foot in your property. Here's what that looks like.
Every tradesperson undergoes a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. We verify identity, right-to-work documentation, and check for any criminal record flags before onboarding.
We confirm that each professional carries valid public liability insurance and, where applicable, professional indemnity cover. Expired policies mean no access to your property.
For regulated trades, we verify active registrations directly — Gas Safe registration numbers for gas engineers, NICEIC or Part P registration for electricians. We check these annually.
Vetting doesn't stop at onboarding. We conduct regular quality inspections, gather customer feedback after every job, and require annual renewal of all certifications and insurance documents.
When you book through coreMaint, you're not hiring an unknown contractor from an online listing. Every professional in our network has been personally vetted, their qualifications independently verified, and their work regularly reviewed.
For regulated trades like gas and electrical work, this is especially critical. All gas work is carried out by engineers whose Gas Safe registration we verify directly with the register. All notifiable electrical work is completed by electricians who hold current Part P or NICEIC registration.
This process means you get the confidence of working with qualified, insured professionals — without having to do the checking yourself.
