What are typical turnaround times?

Most jobs are scoped within 24–48 hours of your enquiry, with a written quote shortly after. Once approved, smaller works (silicone, handyman, single-room refreshes) usually start within 3–7 working days, while larger scopes (full repaints, end-of-tenancy programmes) are typically booked 1–2 weeks ahead. We always confirm a clear start and finish date in writing before any work begins.

What's included in the price you quote?

Our quotes itemise labour, materials, dust protection, daily clean-down and a final snag walk-through. Standard prep — filling, caulking, light sanding and surface protection — is included as part of the trade. We don't add hidden surcharges; if scope changes on site, you'll see a written variation before any extra is committed.

How should I prepare the property before your visit?

Where possible, please clear the working areas of small valuables, fragile items and personal effects. We bring our own dust sheets, masking and floor protection, so heavy furniture can usually be moved or covered by our team. Confirm parking arrangements, lift bookings (for apartments) and access codes in advance — and please let us know about any pets, alarms or sensitive surfaces.

Do you handle access for tenants, agents or building management?

Yes. We're used to coordinating with letting agents, concierge desks, estate management and building works officers across prime London. Provide a contact at booking and we'll liaise directly on access windows, key collection and any required method statements or insurance documents.

What happens if something isn't right after the visit?

We carry out a snag walk-through with you (or your representative) at the end of every job. Anything flagged is put right at no extra cost. After sign-off, we remain reachable by phone or email if anything needs revisiting.
